Various applications where the volume does not support die casting tooling costs and or finished product needs to have a more consistent finish than sand casting. Generally denser material requirements also;

Low Pressure Casting
60kg max.;
100x70cm2 max casting area;
Various applications where the volume does not support die casting tooling costs and or finished product needs to have a more consistent finish than sand casting. Generally smaller parts than gravity cast and not as dense.

Squeeze Casting
30kg max.;
80x80cm2 maximum casting area with 500 ton maximum casting pressure; Characterized by low shrinkage and gas porosity;
Enhanced mechanical properties because of fine grain structure caused by rapid solidification;
good surface quality;
