A wide range of Ductile Iron, Grey Iron, Alloy Steel per AISI or DIN standards with TS and ISO certified. Various machined components. Usually only viable if machined in China. Material costs do not offer a significant saving to supply castings un-machined.

Sand Casting
Weight: 30 ton max.; Size: 9x4.5x2.5m3 max;
Surface finish: Ra12.5;
Casting Precision at CT8-12;
Single piece or automatic molding and casting line (100pcs/min) for production.

Investment Casting
Surface Finish: Ra3.2 or above;
High specification alloy steel or stainless steel machined parts, used in high pressure valve applications and other complex tool parts.

Cold Extrusion
High specification automotive gear or shaft components with good surface quality, used to replace machining.

Hot Forging
2500 ton die forging press, 10tm hydraulic air hammer and so on. With German damping device plus KGPS medium-frequency heating techniques, precise forgings with good surface quality are achiveable per or above DIN7526E standard.

Orbital Forging
Dimension precision reaches 0.025mm with surface finish at Ra1.6-0.8. Less or none material chipping in an ecconomical operation. Rearranged fine grain microstructure gets less expensive materials to achieve tensile strength upgrades. Consistent quality from higher strength to weight ratios in structural components as well as low friction forging operation extends die life.

Stamping
Regular stamping and precision stamping, widely used in automotive components, tools, motor laminations, big industries etc.

Fine Blanking
Inside dimensions at IT6-9 and outside dimensions at IT7-IT10. Tolerances of hole distance within 0.01-0.05mm. Bright sheared surface finish at Ra0.4-1.6. Widely supplied to automobile, power tool, textile machinery, agricultural machinery, computer and home electrics etc.
