The concept of "quality" means for our customers and OPTIMAS much more than the quality of products. With quality we do mean "reliability" in the broadest sense of the word.
OPTIMAS has developed a proven Quality system to work with Chinese suppliers to expressly elevate their capabilities. As a result our products meet the exacting standards of US and EU companies.
The Quality department reports directly to the QA-director in the US. The QA-directors responsibility encompasses all departments across the organization, driving each to a higher standard and efficiency.
